Wall Ball (Lacrosse)
A fundamental lacrosse skill drill where you pass and catch against a wall repeatedly. Develops stick skills, hand-eye coordination, and passing accuracy.
How to do it
- 1Stand 10-15 feet from a wall in an athletic stance
- 2Pass the ball with proper overhand form, aiming at a target spot
- 3Catch with soft hands, cradling immediately after the catch
- 4Alternate right and left hand; work quick-stick catches too
Common mistakes
- Standing flat-footed instead of staying in an athletic position
- Not switching hands — only practicing the dominant side
- Passing with all arm and no body rotation
