Wall Ball (Lacrosse)

A fundamental lacrosse skill drill where you pass and catch against a wall repeatedly. Develops stick skills, hand-eye coordination, and passing accuracy.

How to do it

  1. 1Stand 10-15 feet from a wall in an athletic stance
  2. 2Pass the ball with proper overhand form, aiming at a target spot
  3. 3Catch with soft hands, cradling immediately after the catch
  4. 4Alternate right and left hand; work quick-stick catches too

Common mistakes

  • Standing flat-footed instead of staying in an athletic position
  • Not switching hands — only practicing the dominant side
  • Passing with all arm and no body rotation
