How to do it
- 1Stand with feet shoulder-width, toes behind the line
- 2Swing arms back, hinge at hips, load the jump
- 3Explode forward and upward, driving arms ahead
- 4Land softly on both feet, absorbing through ankles, knees, and hips
Common mistakes
- Not using the arm swing to generate momentum
