Goblet Squat
A squat variation where you hold a dumbbell or kettlebell at chest level. Excellent for building squat depth and keeping an upright torso.

How to do it
- 1Hold weight at chest with both hands, elbows tucked
- 2Feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly out
- 3Sit hips back and down, keeping chest tall
- 4Drive through full foot to stand, squeeze glutes at top
Common mistakes
- Letting elbows flare out wide
- Heels coming off the ground
- Rounding the upper back
